General Questions
We are open Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. Closed on Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
We are in Dorsoduro 2408/D, 30123 Venice. From Piazzale Roma, cross the three bridges towards Dorsoduro and walk along Fondamenta dei Cereri to the end. From the train station, simply cross the Ponte della Costituzione to Piazzale Roma. By vaporetto, the nearest stops are Piazzale Roma, Santa Marta, San Basilio, Ca' Rezzonico and San Toma'.
Yes, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as cash and bank transfer.
Yes, for orders of a certain size we offer file pickup and finished work delivery throughout Venice and surrounding areas.
We generally respond within 24 business hours. For urgent jobs, call us directly.
Printing
We accept PDF, AI, PSD, EPS, high resolution TIFF (300 DPI). PDFs must have embedded fonts and images in CMYK.
For large format we can print up to 150cm wide on roll. For longer lengths, contact us.
We have a wide range: coated (glossy and matte), uncoated, cardboard, specialty papers, adhesive, PVC, fabrics and much more.
Yes, we offer graphic support for layout, retouching and file preparation. For complete creative projects, we can refer you to trusted designers.
It depends on the type of job. Business cards: 2-3 days. Posters: 1-2 days. Complex jobs: to be evaluated. Rush service available.
Laser Cutting
Paper, cardboard (including corrugated), wood, plywood, MDF and plexiglass. We do not work with metals or materials that emit toxic fumes.
It depends on the material. Paper up to 400g, cardboard up to 5mm, wood/MDF up to 10mm, plexiglass up to 8mm.

The mechanical tolerance is +/-0.1mm. The cut thickness is about 0.1mm.
The cost is based on the total length of lines to cut, plus any setup and material costs.
3D Printing
STL, OBJ and 3MF. Files must be manifold (no holes) and in correct scale (mm).
The print volume is 223x223x305mm. For larger objects, we can print in parts to be assembled.
Mainly PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU. Other materials on request.
It depends on size and quality. An average object can take from a few hours to 1-2 days of printing.
Yes, we have various colors available. For multicolor prints, contact us to evaluate options.
